Our Story
Pink Clover is the dream of owner Michelle — a Ballymaloe-trained chef with a passion for honest, seasonal food made from scratch. Every morning she bakes the bread, rolls the pastry, and stirs the soups that fill our little café with the kind of smells that stop people in their tracks.
"We want everyone who walks through the door to feel like they've been fed by a friend — good food, made with care, in a place worth staying."

What People Say
"An absolute gem. The focaccia sandwich was hands down the best sandwich I've had in years — and Michelle's scones deserve their own award. We'll be back every time we're near Yeats country."
"Stopped in after visiting Drumcliff Church and couldn't believe our luck. Homemade soup, gorgeous brown bread, great coffee — all in this beautiful little café. Exactly what a café should be."
"As a vegan it can be hard to eat well on the road in Ireland. Pink Clover was a brilliant surprise — so many options, all clearly labelled, and all absolutely delicious. Will be a regular stop."
